Hey Paul-

Thanks for talking about one of my favorite games. I had one quibble, though. It is cooperative between the characters in that if you and another player end your turn in the same area, you can trade money, clues, etc. This helps out if someone is rich in clues but not prepared to go through a gate, but some tough person can't seal a gate if he goes through for lack of clues.

And yes, the color issues have greatly pissed us off.

Mur,

Good point; I'd forgotten about the the trading issue. We did a reasonable amount of it in the first game I'd played, but we hadn't in subsequent games, so it had slipped my mind.

In our last game, we decided that cooperation was one of the things missing from our game, so we decided that the next time we played, we were really going to try to work together with the sharing of resources, etc.
